Harridan's development philosophy is to create unique projects in outstanding central locations. We aim not only to meet the requirements of the buying public, but to redefine and surpass them. We do this by selecting properties based on their unique combination of position, proximity to local amenities, liveability, lifestyle and forecasted rental return and capital gain. We then plan, design and construct our developments to exacting Australian standards with both the investor and astute owner/occupier in mind.
