With pre-commitments from the medical and pharmaceutical fraternities, as well as a well-known convenience-shopping brand, the substantial off-the-plan interest suggests that Collins Street is set to be another highly anticipated development.

Construction of this exciting new complex will commence shortly, and is due to be completed by the end of 2008.
