Hello all!

We at Harridan hope everyone is staying healthy and well.

Harridan will be continuing to operate as per usual throughout these times, but implementing a more remote presence as opposed to our current office setting.

We will be available at all times as per usual via phone email and meeting request.

As for our land estates, they are all still well and truly under construction which we hope to see completion of each estate on time as promised.

Harridan 2020

Hello all!

Welcome to Harridan in January 2020. We have some huge plans ahead and are hoping to see 2020 as our most successful year to date.

The hype surrounding our Venn park estate is growing, as we approach ready to launch the estate. 6 lots with over 200 enquiries will definitely sell quick, and lets face it, land over 6,000sqm is becoming more rare by the day.

Victoria Point is almost completed its title process, after a long and drawn out construction due to matters out of our hands, we are almost complete and ready for our buyers to build.

Riverside Bellmere has only 2 lots remaining, with many homes already approaching completion.

Bay Ridge Redland Bay has 10 lots reserved out of 40, which is amazing considering we have not even completed our civil works. The estate is starting to draw more attention as the large blocks are becoming more of a rarity.

On the commercial side of things, we have a new project that is beginning to take shape in a highly desired area. We will be constructing a central business hub within 20 minutes of the city and 40 minutes of the gold coast, with large factory or depot style buildings for lease or purchase. More details to come soon.

We have 3 more projects to announce later this year, so definitely a busy year ahead for our land development / community creation.
