Harridan Pty Ltd is a boutique professional property development company, established in the late 1980’s. We are a division of Holmwood Highgate Group (HHG) and one of South East Queensland’s leading property development firms.
Our focus is on lifestyle and creating beautiful properties and communities for families to live in for a long time.
Our team at Harridans have built multi award winning estates in numerous categories. We believe the reasons behind winning these awards starts with the process we undertake before we select land. We thoroughly research each area before deciding to purchase land and develop in that area and we develop a vision for the development of each parcel. As a result, the estates we create are not only aesthetically beautiful but are in functioning, well serviced areas with amenities close by.

Many people move to South East Queensland every year. In fact, since 1986, the population growth has increased on average by a massive 55,000 to 80,000 per year. At Harridan, we are committed to seeing Queensland’s reputation enhanced as a place to live, work, and do business.
The areas you’ll find a large proportion of our creations is across South Eastern QLD, with an emphasis on the stunning Redland Bay area, where we have created many fantastic opportunities for people.
